Dr Peter Riegman - Erasmus University Medical Centre, Rotterdam, The Netherlands

Dr Riegman outlines what the ‘Biobanking’ work package of the EurocanPlatform project has achieved over the last 5 years now that the project is coming to an end.

EurocanPlatform is an EC funded project bringing together 28 European cancer Institutions and organisations to work together in a unique collaboration. The centres are sharing infrastructures and collaborating on projects to help advance cancer research and treatment.

He explains what they set out to achieve, how this work package works within the broader project and comments on how what have seemed like challenges during the project have turned out to be good experiences and opportunities.

Watch this video on the highlights of the project.
