Prof Jorge Moscat - Sanford Burnahm Prebys Medical Discovery Institute, La Jolla, USA

Prof Jorge Moscat speaks with ecancertv at AACR 2016 about signalling pathways involving p62.

He describes the role of p62-regulated detoxification, and how this can be subverted to promote cancer cell survival and proliferation.

Currently his work focuses on molecular targeting of p62, which has prevented hepatocarcinoma in mouse models.
