Prof Rachel Walker - University of Massachusetts, Massachusetts, USA

Prof Rachel Walker speaks to ecancer at ONS 2019 about her keynote address on nurse inventors.

She stresses that nurses are already innovating and creating, but are not always encouraged to claim the title of an inventor. She also speaks about her own background and inventions.

Prof Walker proposes that by recognising these accomplishments, there is a better chance that innovation will be shared with the wider nursing community and help more people.
