Dr Vassilis Golfinopoulos speaks to ecancer at the 2019 EORTC Groups Annual Meeting (EGAM) about the adaptability of the EORTC's infrastructure in adjusting to the evolving environment of clinical research.

Dr Golfinopoulos highlights the supportive role the EORTC must have to guide young investigators in this field.

He also describes the diverse components that form this infrastructure, such as communication platforms, software and networks consisting of partners and collaborators.

Dr Golfinopoulos states the successes these structural changes have provided for the EORTC, along with the challenge of scaling this initiative around the world.
