Bims Odedina - University of South Florida, Tampa, USA

Bims Odedina speaks to ecancer at the 2019 American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) meeting about the use of social media as a tool for science communication in a global setting.

She believes platforms such as YouTube and Twitter; along with podcasts could be useful in attracting the younger generation to scientific content.

Odedina is developing a YouTube channel, that will contain interviews with African researchers to promote their academic research.
